Brakes problem

2008 Ford E-Series Van  V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 93,000 miles

HELLO, I HAVE A 2008 FORD E250 CARGO VAN WITH THE 4.6 V8, 92K BOUGHT BRAND NEW IN MARCH OF 2008. I USE MY VEHICLE FOR WORK, 1000 LBS OF CARGO AT TIMES.. ABOUT 130 MILES DAILY (650-700WKLY) 60% HIGHWAY MILES, THE REST LOCAL CITY MILES. THERE ARE NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS ALL AROUND WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS. HAD UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS DONE WITHIN THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS.  WITHIN THE PAST WEEK WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES FROM 40MPH...SLOWING TO 30MPH JUST UNDER 40 MPH...I CAN HEAR A RUBBING NOISE, NOT ALL THE TIME...MAYBE 3 TIMES OUT OF 10 TIMES APPLYING THE BRAKES FROM 40 MPH.  IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS COMING FROM THE FRONT, BUT I COULD BE WRONG...PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU.
