2003 FORD FREESTAR

2003 Ford Freestar NO POWER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. Main fuses close to battery indicated some fuses read only 8 to 9 volts. And no power to ignition switch, doors,dome lights, headlights, etc. Suspecting a corroded line inside factory looms. Please...
