Computer problem

1998 Ford E-Series Van  V12 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 1500. miles



1998 Ford Truck E 350 1 ton van 6.8L EFI 10cyl, fuel pressure on fuel rail starter turns, but engine won't start, no fire to spark plugs, engine light on dash board doesn't come on, check all fuses ok, outside and inside but my fuse cover inside is missing so i can't tell if am missing a fuse or something, can u tell me what i should check and the causes and fixes for such a problem?
