2002 Ford E-Series Van  6 cyl Two Wheel Drive

I have a van that won't start and someone said it was the fuel pump. So far I have checked the fuse and relay. Dropped the tank and replaced the fuel pump and inline filter. Attempt to purge the air by opening the schrader valve on the fuel rail while cycling the pump on and off. Still no fuel to the rail. disconnected the line before the filter and could not get fuel there either. Have you heard of many fuel lines becoming clogged or collapsed?
