Electrical problem

2002 Chrysler Town and Country  6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 65000m miles

Virtually problem free till now. I suspect that a passenger tried to close door, manually, after using the inside power button to close. Could be a computer problem? Door closes manually easily but when not fully closed, does not electrically pull into body like it did previously. It winds shut then backs off again. Would like to know if the problem is minor or complicated problem. While the door closes manually fine, as long as it is slammed, a little inconvenient after being problem free since new. Thank you for any information.
